ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 c. ground nuts
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. milk
4 sq. chocolate or 1/2 c. cocoa, dissolved in sm. amt. of water (bitter chocolate preferred)
2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted cake flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar and add eggs. Add chocolate and add alternately dry ingredients and liquids. Mix well. Bake in three 9 inch pans for 30 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
