AUTUMN FRUIT CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 lb. crushed graham crackers
1 c. coconut
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add cracker crumbs, pineapple, coconut and baking powder. Mix well and add nuts. Bake in greased angel food or bundt pan. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325 degrees.

I just found this recipe after googling Autumn Fruit Cake. My mom used to make this, and everyone loved it and would ask for the recipe. I thought I might try it, although I've never made it myself and my mom is gone now. I found the recipe in her recipe box, and it's almost word-for-word the same as the recipe above! I am going to use this for my digital recipe collection, but I am definitely hanging on to my mom's recipe, in her handwriting, though tattered and stained.
