ASPARAGUS ROLLS 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled
1 egg
1 lg. loaf white bread
1 lg. can asparagus spears
1/2 lb. butter

Cream together softened cream cheese, Bleu cheese and egg. Cut crusts from large loaf of sliced white bread. Roll each slice thin with rolling pin. Spread each slice with cheese mixture.

Place one asparagus spear on each slice and roll. Melt butter and coat each roll with butter. Place seam side down on tray. Freeze. When ready to serve, cut each roll into thirds. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
