ASPARAGUS ROLL-UPS 
14 slices white sandwich bread
Spiced cream cheese or cheese spread
Can of asparagus or at least 15 spears
Anchovies at least 14
Melted butter

Trim the crusts from 14 slices of thin sliced bread. Flatten slightly by rolling with a rolling pin. Spread slices with softened seasoned cream cheese or cheese spread. Place one canned, drained asparagus spread on each slice. Roll carefully, enclosing the asparagus. Place rolls on a broiler pan, seam side down. Brush with melted butter. Broil 6 inches from the heat until bread is golden. Cut each roll in halves or thirds to serve. Serve warm.
