4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
3 oz. coconut
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix for 30 seconds or until well blended. Pour into a well greased 9" or 10" pie plate. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 40 minutes. This pie makes its own crust, custard filling and coconut topping as it bakes.
