PEPPERONI DIP 
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 lb. pepperoni, finely chopped
1 round loaf of bread

1. Mix sour cream and pepperoni well. Store, covered, in refrigerator for 2 days before serving. This allows the sour cream to absorb the pepperoni flavor and the pepperoni to soften.

2. Serve in a hollowed-out loaf of bread with bread pieces for dunking, or with plain crackers.
