TOASTED ALMOND AND GINGER
FILLETS
 
1 lb. mild fish (orange roughy, etc.)
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
1/4 c. sliced almonds
2 tbsp. melted butter

Place rinsed and dried fillets into buttered dish. Brush with milk. Combine bread crumbs and ginger in small bowl. Sprinkle over fish; top with almonds. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 6 to 12 minutes. Serves 2 to 3.
