FRENCH SILK PIE 
CRUST:

1 c. walnuts
1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter

FILLING:

10 tbsp. butter, room temperature
1 2/3 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted & cooled
1/4 c. Frangelico liqueur
2 eggs
Whipped cream
Toasted sliced almonds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Finely grind walnuts, flour and brown sugar in processor. Blend in melted butter. Press into bottom and sides of 10 inch pie plate. Bake 10 minutes. Cool.

Using electric mixer, cream butter and confectioners' sugar. Blend in chocolate and liqueur. Beat in eggs, one at a time, for 5 minutes each. Pour into crust. Chill well. Garnish with cream and almonds just before serving.
