QUICK CHILI - RICE DINNER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 pkg. (10 oz.) corn
1 c. diced green pepper
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 c. Minute Rice
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onions in large skillet. Drain off grease. Add spices, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce and water. Cover and bring to full boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice, reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
