QUICK CHILI - RICE DINNER 
1 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn or drained can corn
1 c. diced green pepper
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 c. instant rice
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown onion and hamburger; drain. Add spices, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce and water. Cover and bring to full boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
