PORK AND BEEF STEAKS 
6 slices bread, cut in squares
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. sausage, fresh ground
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Mix and shape into 4 jumbo steaks. Fry in a skillet on medium heat and after you turn the steaks, turn heat on low and cover until done.
