MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 stick butter, melted

Combine Veg-All, onion, celery, cheese and mayonnaise. Top with cracker crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 20 minutes.
