OAT SCONES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. old-fashioned oats
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten

Mix dry ingredients together. Add raisins. Mix butter, milk and egg together. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Pour batter out onto ungreased cookie sheet and spread out with hand to approximately 8 inches round. (Dough will be sticky.) Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Cut into 8 wedges.
