CARAMEL DELIGHT 
First Layer (Crust):

2 1/2 to 3 pkg. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 stick melted butter
1/4 c. sugar

Combine all ingredients together and press into pan.

Bake 15 minutes at 350°F.

Second Layer:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla instant pudding
2 1/2 to 3 c. milk

Mix together and spread over First Layer.

Third Layer:

1 medium bowl Cool Whip

Spread over Second Layer.

Fourth Layer:

1 large bottle caramel ice cream topping

Pour over Third Layer.

Fifth Layer: Top with nuts.

Let chill in the refrigerator overnight.
