OVEN PORCUPINES 
2 lb. hamburger meat
1 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash black pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water

Mix hamburger, rice, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add 1/2 cup water; mix well. Shape in balls, place in baking pan. Mix tomato sauce and remaining water. Pour over balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is done.
