CHOCOLATE CHIP CLOUDS 
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. salt or cream of tartar
9 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. mini chocolate chip morsels
3 tbsp. cocoa powder

Beat eggs and salt (or cream of tartar) until foamy. Add sugar beating in 1 tablespoon at a time until stiff glossy peaks form. Beat in vanilla. Gently fold in chips and cocoa. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Cool.
