AMBROSIA SALAD 
3/4 c. diced oranges
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1/2 c. seedless grapes
1/4 c. pitted dates, cut up
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. flaked coconut
Creamy mayonnaise

Combine fruits, sprinkle with lemon juice, chill. Fold in creamy mayonnaise. Serve on lettuce. Sprinkle with the coconut. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
