BUTTERMILK PANCAKES 
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter

Beat eggs until slightly foamy. Sift flour into bowl with beaten eggs. Add buttermilk, baking soda, salt, and melted butter. Mix all ingredients until batter is creamy. For thinner pancakes, add milk. For thicker pancakes, add flour.

Cook in electric fry pan at 360 degrees until bubbles appear on top. Flip pancake and cook for 15-20 seconds.
