LIZZIES 
1 (15 oz.) box raisins (3 c.)
2/3 c. bourbon
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
4 c. pecans
1 lb. candied cherries

Mix raisins with bourbon and let stand at least 2 hours. Mix flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Set aside.

Mix butter and brown sugar well. Beat in eggs. Add flour mixture and mix well. Add raisins, bourbon mixture, pecans and cherries. Mix well. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. (I bake mine in small muffin pans using paper liners.) Delicious!
