BROWNIES 
BROWNIES:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 lb. can chocolate syrup (Hershey's)

FROSTING:

1 1/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. milk
7 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips

BROWNIES: Combine ingredients well and pour into greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Frost while warm.

FROSTING: Combine sugar, milk and butter. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from stove. Add chips and beat until chips are melted and creamy. Spread on warm brownies.
