HERSHEY BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 can Hershey chocolate syrup (16 oz.)
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts (if desired)

Combine sugar, butter and eggs. Mix well. Blend in chocolate syrup and flour. Add nuts and mix together. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan (about 10x16 inch). Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. While still slightly warm. Frost with Fudge Chocolate Frosting.

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine 6 tbsp. butter, 6 tbsp. milk and 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Bring to a boil (no longer). Add 1 cup (6 oz.) chocolate chips. Mix until blended. Cool and spread over brownies.
