1 c. (each) sugar, flour 1 stick butter 4 eggs 1 tsp. (each) salt, vanilla 1 can Hershey syrup Mix and spread on large jelly roll pan that's been sprayed with Pam. Bake 17 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees; cool. FROSTING: 2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract 3 drops green food coloring Spread on cooled brownies and let set. GLAZE: Melt 1 cup chocolate chips and 6 tablespoons butter in microwave; cool a bit. Spread on top and let set before cutting. Cut into 50 bars. (Can also cut diagonally and sprinkle sliced almonds on top.) |
