MINT STOCK BROWNIES 
2 sq. chocolate
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. peppermint flavoring
1/2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. When melted add sugar and beaten eggs. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well; add peppermint flavoring and nuts. Pour into an 8x10 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

2 tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. cream
1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring
Green food coloring

Mix until creamy. Spread on cooled brownies. Refrigerate while making glazed topping.

GLAZED TOPPING:

1 sq. chocolate
1 tbsp. butter

Combine and melt over hot water. Blend well and drizzle over brownies. Tip pan to cover brownie surface. Refrigerate to set.
