HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped bananas
2 c. pecans

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl; add eggs and oil. Beat. Add vanilla, banana, pineapple and pecans. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
2 c. powered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients and frost cake.
