BOHEMIAN KOLACKY | |
2 c. flour Pinch of salt 1 stick butter 1/2 c. Crisco 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 can "Solo" brand fruit pie & pastry filling (apricot, poppy, cherry, or etc.) Mix flour and salt. Blend or cut in Crisco and butter. Blend in 8 ounce softened cream cheese. Refrigerate dough. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut in circles. Press thumb in center of dough. Add 1 tablespoon fruit filling. Bake at 375 degrees on ungreased pan until lightly browned. Cool and dust with powdered sugar. Yield approximately 3 dozen. |
