BREAD PUDDING 
2 c. (2 slices) dry or soft bread cubes
1/2 c. raisins
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 1 quart casserole. Put bread cubes in casserole; sprinkle with raisins. In small bowl add remaining ingredients; beat well. Pour over bread cubes. Place casserole in a baking pan with 1" hot water. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes clean. Serve warm. 4 to 5 servings.
