CHICKEN PIE 
1 fryer, cooked and deboned
1 lg. onion, whole, cooked with chicken
3-4 hard boiled eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 cans chicken broth, from cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Spray large casserole dish with Pam. Put chicken in dish. Slice eggs over chicken and add cooked onion in layer. Add salt, pepper to taste. (Mix chicken soup, broth and melted butter, dissolve over medium heat.) Pour over chicken mixture. Mix Bisquick and buttermilk and spoon over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until brown.
