PERSIMMON BREAD 
1 c. persimmon pulp
1 c. flour
3/4 c. wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oil
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix flour, wheat flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, salt and baking powder very well. Mix in remaining ingredients. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
