3 1/4 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 3 c. sugar Stir to blend dry ingredients. Add and beat 5 minutes: 2 c. persimmon pulp 3/4 c. cooking oil 4 eggs 1/2 c. raisins 3/4 c. chopped pecans Bake 45-60 minutes in a 350 degree oven. |
