BAKED NOODLES ROMANOFF | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles 1 c. cottage cheese 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. herb seasoned bread crumb stuffing 1 tsp. parsley flakes Cook noodles. Combine drained noodles with cottage cheese, sour cream and grated cheese. Turn into greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with stuffing and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 25 minutes or longer if kept in refrigerator unbaked. 6 to 8 servings. |
