PRETZEL SALAD 
BOTTOM LAYER:

2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar

MIDDLE LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

TOP LAYER:

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin

Mix pretzels, butter and sugar in a 13"x9" pan. Spread over bottom. Bake 400 degrees for 8 minutes. (Don't over bake.) Cool.

Mix and beat softened cream cheese and sugar. Fold in the Cool Whip. Spread over 1st Layer. Mix strawberry gelatin and 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen berries. Let stand 20 minutes or until thawed. Spread over 2nd layer and refrigerate until firm.
