EGGS FOR BRUNCH | |
8 slices white bread, cut into little squares 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes 8 eggs, beaten 2 tsp. dried mustard 2 tsp. salt 2 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 1 sm. jar pimientos 1 sm. jar mushrooms, sliced Dash paprika Prepare night before. Use 9 x 13 inch pan, NOT GLASS and refrigerate. Spread bread cubes in bottom of pan. Sprinkle cheese over bread. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over bread and cheese. Allow dish to warm up after refrigerating all night. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 1 hour, uncovered 15 minutes. |
