3/4 oz. sweet cream
1/4 oz. coconut cream
1 scoop crushed ice
2 oz. pineapple juice
1/4 oz. amaretto
1 1/2 oz. white rum

Mix all of the above ingredients in a blender. Serve in a tall glass. Garnish with pineapple. Serves one.
