MOTHER'S OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
2 lbs. thinly sliced skinless chicken breast
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
Pepper
Bread crumbs
butter

Mix the egg, milk, and pepper together. Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture. Then dip the chicken into the bread crumbs until coated.

In a large skillet, brown the chicken on both sides in butter. Place in a large shallow baking pan. Don't crowd. Cover the pan with foil. Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.

Matt and Katie's grandmother Dee Kraus developed this recipe. It is a favorite that has been in our family for over 45 years.
