CHICKEN & DRESSING CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. corn bread stuffing
2 c. herb stuffing
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 chicken breasts or 1 whole fryer
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook chicken in unsalted water and save broth (about 2 cups). Stir together dressing, onion and butter. In greased casserole spread 1/2 dressing, add chopped chicken, mix soup and broth and pour over chicken. Top with remaining dressing and mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
