CHICKEN BREASTS ON RICE 
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
2/3 c. milk
3/4 c. long grain rice, uncooked
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, undrained
1 (1 1/2 oz.) env. dehydrated onion soup mix
3 chicken breasts, split in half
Paprika

Blend mushroom soup and milk, reserve 1/2 cup. Combine soup mixture with rice, mushrooms and onion soup mix; pour into 2 quart (11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch) baking dish. Arrange chicken breasts on top. Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken breasts and sprinkle with paprika. Cover, place in 325 degree oven and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
