CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. chicken or 8 chicken breast halves, cooked, boned and cut into bite size pieces
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
2 tbsp. poppy seeds or 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 stick butter, melted

Place chicken pieces in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream and either poppy seeds or curry powder. Heat and pour over chicken.

Put crushed crackers over this. Pour melted butter over crackers. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until heated thoroughly or bubbly.
