SPINACH SALAD 
DRESSING:

2 c. oil
1 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. ketchup
1/2 c. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire
Garlic salt
Salt

Mix all together. Refrigerate. Pour over salad.

SALAD:

3-4 bags clean and torn spinach
3/4 produce bag bean sprouts
3-4 cans water chestnuts, sliced
3-4 container whole, fresh mushrooms
Crisp bacon (optional)
Hard-boiled eggs (optional)
