REFRIGERATOR CINNAMON MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped nuts

Sift dry ingredients into large bowl. Add remaining ingredients in order given. Mix well. Store in covered refrigerator bowl. Use cold batter to bake muffins as needed. Bake in greased muffin pan at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 20 muffins.
