CHOCOLATE COVERED CHERRIES | |
1/3 c. white corn syrup 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 4 c. powdered sugar 2 bottles cherries 1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips 1/2 c. paraffin wax Mix syrup, butter, vanilla and sugar; refrigerate 1 hour. Melt chips and wax together in top of double boiler. Roll refrigerated mixture into small balls and (using a toothpick) dip into chocolate-wax mixture. Place on waxed paper to set. |
