CINNAMON CHICKEN | |
2 c. crushed breadcrumbs 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. cinnamon chicken pieces (boneless chicken breasts or legs) 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. Half and Half 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. oil Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over crushed breadcrumbs. Beat egg with 1/4 cup Half and Half, salt and pepper. Roll chicken in egg mixture and then roll in crumb mixture. Brown chicken in oil and then arrange pieces in a glass 9 x 13 pan. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350°F. After about 15 minutes in the oven, baste with remaining 1/4 c. Half and Half. Remove cover the last few minutes of baking. Yummy! Serve with scalloped potatoes and fresh green beans. |
