1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. hot water

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and peanut butter. Mix well. Sift flour, salt and cinnamon together. Dissolve soda in hot water. Add water, vanilla and dry ingredients to batter. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Press with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees from 10-12 minutes.
