PISTACHIO CREAM PIE 
12 lady fingers, split
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 c. milk
3 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip
1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained

Stir pudding and milk together. Add 2 cups whipped cream; mix well. Add pineapple. Pour mixture into pie plate lined with lady fingers. Chill 1/2 hour. Frost with remaining whipped cream.
