FOOL PROOF PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. Crisco
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 lg. egg

In a large bowl stir flour, sugar, salt. Put in Crisco mix until crumbly. In small bowl beat together water, vinegar and egg. Add to flour mixture mix well. Wrap dough in wax paper, chill at least 1/2 hour. This makes 2 pies. Top and bottom.
