BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. wheat hearts (dry)
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. firm butter
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
2 c. blueberries
2 tbsp. sugar (for top)
2 tbsp. cinnamon (for top)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of 16 muffin cups. Mix flour, cereal, 1 cup sugar, baking powder and salt; cut butter into flour mix. Beat milk and eggs slightly; stir into flour mix (batter will be lumpy). Stir in blueberries. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
