CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES 
2 lbs. chicken, cut up in 1/4 inch pieces
2 tbsp. oil
1 med. can Mexican stewed tomatoes
3/4 to 1 lb. bag frozen Fiesta Grande salad mix vegetables
Curry
Celery salt
Garlic powder
Pepper
Chicken bouillon cube

Saute chicken in oil until white. Season to own taste with curry, celery salt, garlic powder and pepper. Add enough water to cover bottom of pan, 1/4 to 1/3 cup. Grate bouillon cube over chicken. Add can of stewed tomatoes. Let simmer 20-30 minutes.

Put frozen vegetables on top of mixture. Cover. Let steam until tender.

OPTIONAL: When just about cooked, sprinkle liberally with shaker cheese and re-cover until melted. Serve over rice.
