BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. blueberries

Cream butter and sugar. Mix in remaining ingredients by hand. Stir in blueberries. Divide batter into 12 small or 6 large muffin cups.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375°F.
