SUMMER SALAD 
2 long cucumbers
1 med. green pepper
1/2 head of cauliflower
1 med. sweet onion
1 bottle Kraft creamy cucumber dressing, reduced calorie
Black pepper
2 stalks celery

Slice the cucumbers, green pepper, celery, and onion. Add small chunks of cauliflower. Mix vegetables. Then add the creamy cucumber dressing. Sprinkle with pepper for flavor.

Dicing the vegetables makes for a difference appearance.

Optional: This recipe can be done with various types of fresh vegetables except broccoli.
