SUMMER VEGETABLE PASTA SALAD 
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/3 c. (1 1/2 oz. Kraft 100%) grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. (7 oz.) corkscrew noodles, cooked & drained
1 1/2 c. chopped cucumber
1 c. chopped tomato
1/2 c. thin carrot slices
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. green onion slices
Lettuce

Combine salad dressing, cheese, parsley and salt; mix well. Add noodles and vegetable; mix lightly. Chill. Serve on lettuce-lined platter. 6-8 servings.
