BAKED REUBEN CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained
1 c. Thousand Island Dressing
4 slices of Swiss cheese
Salt and pepper

Put chicken in single layer in casserole dish. Salt and pepper chicken. Spread sauerkraut over chicken. Spread layer of Swiss cheese slices. Finally pour Thousand Island dressing over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Drain off some of liquid before serving.
